Day one patch & project outlook
We were completely blown away by how well the community received our prototype, and we’re grateful for every piece of feedback and bug report we received in the first 24 hours. To show our appreciation, here’s our Day One Patch—along with a small glimpse into the future of the project.
Patch Notes V1.1
- Fixed an audio bug that left the game in silence.
- Balanced difficulty to reduce fatality rate.
- Fixed input issues after a game over.
- Added clearer indicators for “found” traps.
We’ve also decided to expand the content by adding three more bad jokes and introducing a new training mechanic that lets you specialize the Soldiers of the Royal Guard. Additionally, we’re working on new map objects to bring fresh strategic elements to every level and difficulty.
Looking ahead, we plan to support gamepads and fully adapt the web version for touch input and improve mobile display—so you can save the King even while sitting on the throne yourself.
